Can I use offline payment? (coming soon)
Yes, some customers do not want to pay for their order with a credit card. These customers can still place orders online if you set up a manual payment method. When your customers use manual payments, you can arrange to receive payments in the way that works best for them. You can send invoices to customers. After payment is received, you can manually approve the order.
Common types of manual payments include cash on delivery (COD), money orders, and bank transfers.
Manual payments will not charge you transaction fees. The Advanced Cash on Delivery app that provides additional functionality is automatically installed to stores in India, and unlike the manual payment cash on delivery option, purchases made with this app are subject to transaction fees. You can disable the app in payment settings and restore the standard cash on delivery option.
Orders that accept manual payments are marked as unpaid on the order page. After you receive payment for a customer's order, you can mark the order as paid on the order details page and complete the order as if the customer paid online.
