Q: How to successfully complete the first order?

A:

①You need to make sure that your account is in the logged-in state. How to log in, please see: How to register/log in for the first time a new user uses?

②If you are a delivery order, you need to improve your delivery address, how to set the delivery address, please see: How to add a delivery address?

If you are picking up your item, please ignore this step.

③Choose the product you want to buy, how to add your favorite product to the shopping cart, please check: How to choose a product, how to add a product to the shopping cart?

④After confirming that the purchased product, delivery address, and consignee information are all correct, make payment. How to make payment, please check: How to choose a payment method and how to make payment?

The video will take the APP client operation process as an example to demonstrate

Q: How do new users register/login for the first time?

A: For the first time, a new user will enter the store homepage of a merchant on the Pisell platform as a tourist. The new user needs to click on the personal center, enter the personal center page, click the avatar or the login/register button, and log in through the mobile phone number to obtain the verification code. After logging in, you can place an order in the store.

 


Q: How do I switch to the language I am used to?
A: At present, the Pisell platform provides three language environments, including simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese and English. Different stores will set the language according to their needs. You can switch the store language to the language you are used to in two ways.
Method 1: Click the language switch button on the home page, as shown in the figure below, and select the language you are used to.
Method 2: Enter the personal center, click the language switch to select the language you are used to.


Q: How to select products, how to add products to the shopping cart?

A: There are two ways to add to the shopping cart.

Method 1: On the product category page, select the product to be purchased, click the plus sign below the product name, select the type and quantity you need, and click the Add to Cart button to add the product to the shopping cart.

Method 2: Enter the product details page, click the Add Shopping Cart button below, select the type and quantity you need, and click the Add to Shopping Cart button to add the product to the shopping cart. Click the Buy Now button on the product details page, select the type and quantity you need to enter the order confirmation page.

 


Q: How to add shipping address?

A: There are two ways to add a delivery address.

Method 1: Enter the personal center, click the delivery address, enter your address in the search box, select your delivery address (Figure 1 below) according to the map address prompted by the system, and enter the room/unit with your detailed address after selection. /floor, complete your contact information, including name and phone. After completing the above operations, your shipping address has been added successfully.

Method 2: After selecting the product to be purchased, enter the order confirmation page, and click New Shipping Address under Delivery to enter the Add Shipping Address page. Select your shipping address, select the room/unit/floor where you will enter your full address when done, and complete your contact information, including name and phone. After completing the above operations, your shipping address has been added successfully.

①Address must be added when shipping or delivery is required
②If it is not within the delivery range of the merchant, the order cannot be placed
Q: How to get/use the promo code coupon?

A: There are two ways to get a promo code coupon.

Method 1: Enter the personal center, click My Coupon, enter the coupon page, click Add Coupon below, enter the promo code in the pop-up window and click the Add button, you can see the coupon appears in the coupon list, you can Used in settlement.

Method 2: After selecting the product to be purchased, enter the order confirmation page, click the coupon on the order confirmation page, enter the promotional code in the search box, and use it in the order settlement after successful receipt.

Q: How to choose the payment method and how to pay?

A: Pisell merchants can currently choose payment methods including credit card payment (Visa\Mastercard), third-party fast payment (WeChat Pay\Alipay). Customers can select the appropriate payment method on the order settlement page through the QR code of the applet, and enter the payment secret to pay.

If you choose credit card payment, you need to add a credit card, complete the credit card information, and click to view the payment details by credit card.

Select WeChat Pay to pay directly through WeChat balance or a bank card that has been added to WeChat. Enter the payment password to complete the payment.

Selecting Alipay payment will make payment through Alipay balance or a bank card that has been added to Alipay. Enter the payment password to complete the payment.

When the customer is on the WeChat applet page and chooses Alipay payment, he needs to click the copy link button to make payment in the browser. Click to see how to make Alipay payment and credit card payment on the WeChat applet page.

 


Q: How to contact store customer service?

A: If the store you are currently browsing has the customer service function enabled, you can click the customer service button in the lower menu bar or click the customer service button in the personal center to enter the customer service page, and contact the merchant according to the contact information filled in by the merchant.

 


Q: What should I do when I use a credit card for the first time?

Q: How to pay with credit card/Alipay in WeChat applet?
A: Credit card

①Add a bank card:

After purchasing the goods, proceed to settlement, submit the order, select "Visa/Master" to pay, and click "Confirm" at the bottom

Jump to the page, enter the information to add a bank card
Note: "Save this card for next use?" in the middle of the page is checked by default, and the bank card information added this time will appear by default when making credit card payment next time, omitting the step of adding a bank card again; if not checked, go to When the credit card support is performed for the first time, the bank card information added this time will not appear.
2) Payment: After adding the bank card information, click "Confirm Payment" at the bottom of the page, enter the bank page, and click "Next".
After entering the SMS verification code, message push verification code or other reserved information in the position indicated by the arrow in the figure below for verification, click "Submit" to complete the payment


As shown in the figure above, when you choose to pay by credit card, the pop-up window will appear with the words "Copy Link", and then a security reminder will pop up.

 


After copying the link, click "I know", it will jump to the waiting page
If the payment is completed, you can click "I have paid", if not, click "I have paid" and it will prompt "Not yet paid"
If you click "Change Payment Method", you will be redirected to the payment method selection page, where you can re-select the payment method: "Visa/Master"/"Alipay"/"WeChat Payment"
If you click "Back to Home", it will jump to the home page of the store

B: Alipay
To continue the payment process, you need to open the browser in your mobile phone, copy the copied link into the browser, and then follow the next steps to pay.
After the payment is completed, the page will show that the payment is successful, prompting you to return to WeChat to check the order. After entering the WeChat applet, the page also recognizes that you have successfully paid, and jumps to the payment success page. You can go to the order page of the personal center to check whether the order has been successfully paid.

②Customers enter the optional Alipay payment on the order settlement page, and click Confirm

The system will prompt the information in the image below, click the copy link button, and paste the link in the browser to go.

If the Alipay APP is installed on your mobile phone, the browser will prompt the following picture, click to open.

In the Alipay APP, click to confirm payment, enter the payment password, and the payment is successful!

Tips: You can choose from WeChat applet to buy goods: Alipay, credit card, WeChat payment, but the WeChat environment uses an online store (enter the store through the store link), and you can only choose WeChat payment.

Q: How to become a store member?

A: An account in the logged-in state can become a store member. Click here to see how to log in.

In the personal center, click Member to view the requirements for the corresponding store to become a member.

Taking the Pixiu pet in the picture as an example, the store requires customers to spend over $28 to become a member.

After becoming a store member, the member logo will be displayed below the profile picture in the personal center, and customers can enjoy the store membership rights.

Q: How to redeem points?

A: The points rules of the shop in the picture below are: members get 1 point for every $5 spent, non-members get 1 point for every $10 spent, and each point can be deducted by $0.5. Customers can earn points through product purchases and use the points for subsequent orders.

According to the points rules set by different merchants, you can use the points in your account to deduct the amount through the purchase of goods, and choose whether to use the points to deduct the amount on the order settlement page.

Q: How to make an appointment?

A: Note: If you need a guarantee for an appointment, you are logged in. Use your mobile phone number to get the verification code to log in.

You may see related appointment activities on the merchant's store homepage, such as the famous teacher's guidance activity in the picture below.

Click on the event banner to enter the event reservation page

Click on the event that needs to be booked, enter the event details page, browse the event information, if you confirm the booking, click the booking button below.

Select the date you need to make an appointment on the appointment page, adjust the number of people who need to participate in the activity, and complete your appointment information, including the appointment name, contact number, and email address (the appointment name and contact number are required). If you need to leave a message to Merchant, just add a note.

According to the merchant's settings, pay the event fee or make an appointment to participate in the event for free to deliver the event amount to the merchant. Appointment is over!
